Preferred Nutrition Women’s 50+ Complete Multi is a one-per-day comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals, and supportive nutrients, including bioavailable vitamins D3 and K2 and chelated minerals, along with nutrition from real-food fruits and vegetables. Formulated specifically for women aged 50 and older, this formula helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, as well as eyesight, skin, membranes, and immune function. It is non-GMO and suitable for vegetarians.

DIRECTIONS & USE

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
