Preferred Nutrition Men’s 50+ Complete Multi is a one-per-day comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals, and supportive nutrients, including B vitamins, bioavailable vitamins D3 and K2, and chelated minerals, along with nutrition from real-food fruits and vegetables. Formulated specifically for men aged 50 and older, this formula helps in energy metabolism, and helps maintain eyesight, skin, membranes, and immune function. DIRECTIONS & USE

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by ahealth care practitioner.
